Concept Accountancy provides professional accounting services including, but not limited to:
- Tax planning, preparation, and filing
- Bookkeeping and payroll services
- Financial advisory and business consulting
- Statutory accounts preparation
We will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing these services. The accuracy of our output relies on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
03Client Obligations
To enable us to provide effective services, you agree to:
- Provide all required information and documents in a timely manner.
- Ensure all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- Promptly inform us of changes to your circumstances or business structure.
- Maintain secure records and backups of original documents.
04Fees & Payment
Our fees are based on the specific services engaged and will be detailed in a formal Letter of Engagement before work commences.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at 5% above the Bank of England base rate.
- Services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.
05Confidentiality
We keep confidential information obtained from you in connection with our services, subject to statutory obligations such as anti-money laundering regulations. For details about how we handle data, please read our Privacy Policy.
06Limitation of Liability
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability for losses arising from negligence or breach of contract is limited as set out in our Letter of Engagement. We will not be liable for consequential or indirect loss, including loss of profit or revenue.
07Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice. On termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to that date. We reserve the right to retain your documents until outstanding fees are settled.
